Same Day Emergency Appointments
Often, the first sign to book emergency appointments is pain. Dental pain can be severe and you should never delay seeking treatment. That’s why at Glen Dental we are committed to offer a same-day emergency treatment to both registered and unregistered patients in Leicestershire and Rutland. Registered patients
We will always aim to offer you emergency appointments at least once on the same day with one of our Leicester dentists. The earlier in the day you call, the more chance you have of getting a same-day emergency appointments, but do please call as soon as you experience your dental emergency and we will do what we can to fit you in.
While we always aim to give you an appointment with your usual dentist, this may not always be possible. However, you will be offered an appointment with one of the other dentists. All of our dentists have the same caring ethos that defines our practice, so you can still be sure of the highest standards of care.
If your dental emergency happens after 10am, do still call us and we’ll offer you the next available appointment within 24 hours and where possible, we will always endeavour to offer a same day appointment to you.
Unregistered patients
Whenever a dental emergency arises, you will want to see a dentist as soon as possible. Many of these conditions can cause a lot of pain and discomfort, which is the body’s way of telling us something is wrong.
Even if you are not registered at Glen Dental we will still provide you with emergency dental care. We will treat any patient, on the same day if possible, for a fixed fee. While we may not be able to carry out permanent or definitive treatment, such as root canal treatment, a large filling or crown, at this appointment, we will be able to dress the tooth and do whatever is necessary to help relieve the pain. We will never leave a patient in pain. You may require follow-up appointments, either at our practice or with your own dentist if you are registered elsewhere.
